Neighborhood has high number of rental inventory and with receding real estate market developer wanted to create landscape which could be used as a marketing tool to attract client.

Landscape was visualized as an unexpected element within the building which would give visual relief to an otherwise gritty surroundings. Space was conceived as an untouched nature orchestrated in an geometric fashion to create graphic interest as the courtyard will be viewed from top most of the times.
